PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

At TheClassicals.com (provided by Loungest Limited), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, the information you enter (your name, email address and message) is processed via our own form service on Cloudflare (forms.rundevou.com) and delivered to us by email. Submissions are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.

We also collect basic technical data automatically via cookies and tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics) to analyze site traffic, including IP addresses, browser types, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Provide and maintain our broadcast audio services.
Monitor and analyze website usage and trends to improve user experience.
Protect the security and integrity of our services.

Where you contact us via our contact form, we use the details you provide only to respond to your enquiry.

3. Cookies Policy

We use cookies to optimize our website. Functional cookies are necessary for the basic operation of the player (e.g. saving volume preferences). Analytical cookies (like Google Analytics) help us understand visitor numbers and traffic sources. Our audio player is also delivered via an embedded third-party service which may set its own cookies or local storage to operate playback. See our Cookie Policy for full details. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Our website relies on the following third-party services, each of which processes certain data independently of us:

Cloudflare, Inc. - hosts and delivers our embedded audio player. Playing audio through the player sends your IP address to Cloudflare and to the third-party servers that host the audio files, as is necessary for any streaming service to function.
Cloudflare, Inc. - runs our own contact form service (forms.rundevou.com) and its Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection. Information you submit through the form is processed there only to deliver your message to us.
Google Analytics - as described in Section 3, for anonymized traffic analysis.

These providers only process data as needed to deliver the service in question and are not permitted to use it for their own advertising purposes.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data. To exercise these rights, including for data submitted via our contact form, please visit our Request to Erase Personal Data page.
